<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-robustness probe capable of stably measuring total reflection-absorption spectra. <P>SOLUTION: The probe for measuring total reflection-absorption spectrum is equipped with an infrared optical fiber to guide infrared light and reflected light, wherein part of the infrared optical fiber is curved to form a projected measuring head, and a support is provided on the surface, of which the curvature is negative for the measuring head. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
