PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signaling gateway (SG) apparatus which can achieve low costs and high performance and further can also be mixed with an existent SG system by functionally degenerating a SG apparatus from SS7 line terminal device. SOLUTION: An SS7 line termination card 110 is packaged in an SG apparatus 100 and I/F layers 120, 130 are accomplished between a driver API (Application Programming Interface) of the SS7 line termination card 110 and an SG application 140, such that the SS7 line termination card 110 is regarded as a virtual SS7 line termination device and can be mixed with an existent SG system.
