PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience by preventing a user from having an unintended deletion result when deleting image data. SOLUTION: When the user performs selection operation for image data to be deleted from a storage device storing a plurality of kinds of image data wherein the same scene is recorded at the same time, the user is made to select a kind to be deleted out of the plurality of kinds (Fig.8(a)), image data of the selected kind among the image data in the storage device are displayed on a display screen (Fig.8(c), (d)), and when the user inputs an instruction to delete the displayed image data, the image data are deleted (Fig.8(f)).
