PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcasting device capable of preventing a malfunction of a post-stage apparatus using output data. SOLUTION: An input detection circuit 11 detects operation parameter information, data for mapping, timing information and the like of an OFDM modulator from a broadcast TS of an input signal. An output timing creation circuit 12 creates output timing of output data detected from the operation parameter information and timing information and defines it as a read enable signal of a RAM 13. The RAM 13 performs write and read of output data in accordance with the data for mapping and the enable signal. A counter 21 of an error determination circuit 20 counts the data for mapping, and a counter 22 counts the read enable signal. A determination circuit 23 makes an error determination in accordance with a magnitude relation between count values of the counters 21, 22 and outputs a control signal to an output switching circuit 14 in accordance with a result of the determination.
