PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device such that the inter-panel distance between two display panels can be varied by an inexpensive method. SOLUTION: The display device 1 includes a first display panel 10A, a second display panel 10B disposed behind the first display panel 10A, a front frame 20 arranged in front of the display panel 10A, intermediate cases 30 and 35 arranged between the first display panel 10A and second display panel 10B and supporting the first display panel 10A and second display panel 10B, and a back light 40 provided behind the second display panel 10B. Fixation holes 23a, 33a, 38a, and 44a are bored in corner portions of at least the front frame 20, intermediate cases 30 and 35, and back light 40 respectively, and they are fixed in one body by the corner portions.
