PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing positively charged toner which suppresses the formation of aggregate of an external additive and permits homogeneous attachment and addition (external addition) of the external additive with respect to the surface of a toner particle, has satisfactory rising of charging, is excellent in initial printing performance and, even when performing continuous printing of a large number of sheets, can retain stable charging property (charging stability) in the lapse of time, hardly causes the deterioration of image quality such as fogging and printing irregularity and is excellent in durable printing performance too. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing positively charged toner includes: colored resin particles comprising colorant and binder resin; and an external additive, wherein inorganic fine particles (A) of which the number average primary particle size is 25 to 70 nm and the blow-off charge amount is 50 to 200μC/g and inorganic fine particles (B) of which the number average primary particle size is 5 to 20 nm and the blow-off charge amount is 600 to 1,000μC/g are used as the external additive.
