PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove air bubbles in a flow channel in an organic carbon meter as a whole. SOLUTION: A first flow channel 1 which permits sample water W<SB>s</SB>to flow and a second flow channel 2 for permitting measuring target water to flow are connected through a gas exchange film 5, through with no fluid passes but a gas component passes and pressure difference is provided between both flow channels 1 and 2. At least a temperature control part 7 for heating deionized water W<SB>m2</SB>on the upstream side in the second flow channel 2 and the dissolve gas removing part 6 further arranged on the upstream side of the temperature control part 7 are provided. According to this constitution, air bubbles are prevented to reach the downstream side by the gas exchange film 5 in the second flow channel 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
