PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and efficiently inspect inconvenience of a part of joining two cylindrical bodies by brazing. SOLUTION: This head mechanism 5 is provided with a head 6 having a probe 60 emitting an ultrasonic wave by contacting with the joining part 70 of the cylindrical bodies 7, a guide pin 51 having a tip part installed on the head 6, a support 50 loosely fitted with a base end of the guide pin 51, and a spring 53 biasing the guide pin 51 and the head 6 to the joining part 70. The head 6 is protrusibly/retreatably and rockably arranged to the support 50, and contacts by following a surface shape of the joining part 70, and also has a control means 4 connected to the head mechanism 5 and having a display 40 displaying an inspection state of the joining part 70. The control means 4 visually displays the inspection state of the joining part 70 corresponding to a turning angle of the head mechanism 5 on the display 40. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
