摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively-manufacturable and extremely easily-handleable free-running actuator having a simplified structure, capable of enabling two-dimensional or three-dimensional movement of a target to be conveyed. SOLUTION: The free-running actuator comprises a drive slider 3 movable along the X-direction, a drive means 5 for arbitrarily advancing/retreating the drive slider 3, a guide block 1 on which a movable body is mounted, a guide member 2 for guiding the guide block 1 in a direction including an X-direction component, and a transmission member 6 for connecting the guide block 1 and the drive slider 3 to each other so as to transmit an amount of movement of the drive slider 3 in the X-direction to the guide block 1.
