PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab reinforcing structure capable of preventing a gusset, provided between a strut member and a hollow beams member, from getting stuck in the beam member; and a cab for a working machine. SOLUTION: The cab reinforcing structure reinforces a cab 1 by providing the gusset 22 at a corner portion where a right rear pillar 9 and a hollow rear lateral beam member 15 joined to the right rear pillar 9. A gusset receiving member 31 receiving a load from the gusset 22 side is provided in the inside of the rear lateral beam member 15 so as to correspond to a rear lateral beam member side end portion 22d of the gusset 22. The gusset receiving member 31 is made from a platy member blocking the inside of the rear lateral beam member 15 at a position corresponding to the rear lateral beam member side end portion 22d of the gusset 22. The cab 1 equipped with the cab reinforcing structure, is improved in strength by sufficiently obtaining a reinforcing effect by the gusset 22, and suitably used as the cab for the working machine.
