PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die set capable of positioning a die with high accuracy without installing a sub guide, and a method of mounting the die thereof. SOLUTION: The die set D is equipped with a lower die holder 1, upper die holder 2, guide post 3 and guide bush 4. The lower die holder 1 is equipped with a position adjustment substrate 5. After the substrate 5 is positioned by a centering device 100, an upper die is set in the upper die holder 2, and a lower die is set in the position adjustment substrate 5.
