PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a device capable of surely picking up micrograins with no influence from a static electricity, an attracting force between molecules, a moisture or the like or capable of fixing the micrograins in a necessary quantity at a prescribed position. SOLUTION: Micrograins 5 are sucked together with a liquid 6 such as an adhesive, a liquid crystal, a liquid chemical or the like into a nozzle 2 and are discharged together with the liquid at the prescribed position. Alternatively, the micrograins 5 are coexisted with the liquid such as the adhesive, the liquid crystal, the liquid chemical or the like in the nozzle and are discharged together with the liquid at the prescribed position.
