PURPOSE:To facilitate the timing of an overall pipe line by linkingly deciding the action timing of each module from an initial to final stages. CONSTITUTION:Image data obtained by image-picking up through a television camera ITV is supplied to a display device DISP through a processing module IPU1, a processing module IPU2 and a memory IM2. If the timing of the processing module IPU2 at the final stage is specified, the action timing of each processing module IPU1 is linkingly decided from the final stage to the initial stage. At said timing, the processing modules IPU1 and IPU2 control their own timings.
