Disclosed are an apparatus for and a method of easily and rapidly forming a plurality of apertures in the surface of non-woven fabric. The apparatus and method are cost-efficient. Further disclosed is non-woven fabric produced employing the same apparatus and method. The apparatus of perforating non-woven fabric includes a first roller having a plurality of pins on the outer circumferential surface thereof, and two or more second rollers which rotate relative to the outer circumferential surface of the first roller and which are arranged on the outer circumferential surface in a circumferential direction.
