PURPOSE:To eliminate any possible leakage out of the end of module by supplying air of specified temperature and wind velocity from the aperture of hollow yarn on the opposite side to the cutting end face of the adhesive sealing section on both ends of hollow yarn bundle, applying adhesive at the same time and cured to form up a thin adhesive layer on the cutting end face. CONSTITUTION:The hollow yarn bundle is inserted into the cylindrical case, centrifugally sealed with adhesive and out the adhesive sealing section to make the aperture of a hollow yarn. The module is positioned vertically and, after the air A of 30-120 deg.C temperature and of 0.1-5m/sec wind velocity is supplied from the lower end and the adhesive similar to the centrifugal seal soaked in a piece of paper is applied uniformly at the same time, the adhesive is blown off with the increased wind velocity and wiped off, and then the module is cured. The other end is coated with adhesive and cured in the exactly same way as above. Thus, a protective layer 9 of adhesive is formed on the cut face other than the hollow section of hollow yarn to prevent the raw liquid from bypassing to the penetrating side through the substrate 3 of hollow yarn directly to cause leakage and also prevent bacteria in the raw liquid from invading into the substrate 3.
