PURPOSE:To prevent surely separation generated from the interface of cushion rubber during running, by a method wherein the cushion rubber constituting the layer of cushion rubber is constituted of a specialized structure. CONSTITUTION:Cushion rubber 3', constituting the layer 3 of cushion rubber, is formed by three layered laminated structure consisting of the inner layer 3a of uncrosslinking rubber, the outer layer 3b of uncrosslinking rubber and the intermediate layer 3b of crosslinking rubber, and a crosslinking tread 1 is bonded to a casing 2 through the cushion rubber 3' while a retreaded tire is constituted by connecting them integrally through a crosslinking means, in which they are pressed and heated. According to this method, the tread 1 is connected integrally to the casing 2 without changing the thickness of the cushion rubber 3' substantially in crosslinking means regardless of the thickness S of a sub-tread even in case the depth H of the groove of the tread 1 is deep, the width W of the groove is narrow and the bottom of the groove is readily deformable. As a result, the thickness of the cushion rubber layer 3 of the retreaded tire is uniform and, accordingly, the defficiency of separation generated due to the shortage of cushion rubber layer 3 during running can be prevented surely.
