<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of sufficiently performing burning of organic materials and sufficiently growing the activity phase of the catalyst when using the organic materials, and to obtain a stable and excellent quality MoV-based catalyst in preparing the MoV-based catalyst. <P>SOLUTION: First and second processes are performed which specify a burning temperature and a holding time to raw materials containing the organic materials in the preparing process of the MoV-based catalyst. In the first process, the burning is performed at a burning temperature of 200-400°C and at a holding time of 0.5-10 hr. In the second process, its process is performed after the first process, and the burning is performed at a burning temperature of 300-450°C which is also higher by 50°C than the burning temperature of the first process and at a holding time of 0.5-10 hr. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
