<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a manager or the like to acquire accurate information for a health worker's skill without troubling the health worker. <P>SOLUTION: An evaluation part 14 determines a ratio of result information in nursing action information from the frequency of the same nursing action performed by the health worker and the frequency of execution result in the same nursing action. The nursing action information, a display pattern differed depending on the execution frequency of the same nursing action, and evaluation information corresponding to the result information with the largest result information are displayed. Accordingly, since the determination of the evaluation part 14 is more reliable as the execution frequency of the same nursing action is larger, the manager or the like can know that the determination is highly reliable.
