PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar cross section measurement method which employs a near-field/far-field transformation technique assuming a ground bounce included status for radar cross section measurement methods using a ground bounce by improving the near-field/far-field transformation technique of radar cross section assuming free space and by enabling consideration of the ground bounce, and to provide a radar cross section measurement device. SOLUTION: The radar cross section measurement method and radar cross section measurement device which use the ground bounce determine the radar cross section in a far-field region by integrating, over the corresponding range of an object to be measured, the scatter source distribution obtained by transforming the scatter electric field values acquired by measuring the object to be measured over the range of predetermined two dimensional angles in the directions Az and E1.
