PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank of a motorcycle capable of reducing the entire cost of the motorcycle even when using the fuel tank molded by injection molding. SOLUTION: This motorcycle is constituted by providing an engine 19 between a front wheel 2 and a rear wheel 25, providing the engine 19 with a cylinder 14 extended upward from a crank case and an intake box 72 above the cylinder, and arranging the fuel tank 21 behind the intake box 72 and above the crank case. The fuel tank 21 is formed by joining an upper tank 110 and a lower tank 120 which are made of resin mutually, and an upper lid 122 of the intake box 72 is integrally molded in a front part of the lower tank 120.
