PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interpret the X-ray of an area of interest in more detail in a short period of time. SOLUTION: The receiver 12 of a capsule endoscope system 2 downloads diagnosis information on a patient 10 obtained in the past diagnoses from the data storage 95 of a work station 13. The data analysis circuit 81 of the receiver 12 compares the diagnosis information with current information obtained by a capsule endoscope 11 during an examination. A CPU 70 generates a control command where the frame rate of photography of the capsule endoscope 11 is set on the basis of the result of analysis by the data analysis circuit 81. The generated control command is radio transmitted as radio 14b. The capsule endoscope 11 wirelessly receives the control command by radio 14b and performs photography by the frame rate set by the control command. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
