PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform vehicle to vehicle communication by limiting to the vehicle having a specified personal identification ID information. SOLUTION: The communication method includes a step (a) in which a first communication device 500 that is an originator, transmits a communication start request signal (hereinafter, to be referred to as signal) that includes a first ID set to the communications device and a second ID set to a second communications device which is a destination; a step (b) in which, if a third communications device 700 which is not the destination receives the signal, the received second ID is compared with the third ID set to the third communications device 700, and the signal is transmitted after confirming there is no agreement; and a step (c) in which the step (b) is repeated, until the second communications device receives the signal, and when the second communications device receives the signal, the received second ID is compared with the second ID set to the second communications device, for confirming the agreement.
