PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device and information leakage confirming method of the portable terminal device in which, when the portable terminal device is lost, a user can know the possibility of information leakage before locking the portable terminal device. SOLUTION: A portable terminal device 11 includes: a list storage section 28b storing clock correction information indicating an operation time at which an operation section 22 is operated, an access time at which an address book 28a is accessed, and a time before and after correction in a case where a time of a clock section 25 is corrected; a time correction section 26b for determining, in a case where the portable terminal device 11 is locked by a function restriction section 26a, a corrected operation time at which the operation time is corrected, and a corrected access time at which the access time is corrected, on the basis of the clock correction information being stored in the list storage section 28b; and a notification section 26c for notifying another portable terminal device 12 of at least either the corrected operation time or the corrected access time.
