PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved impeller and an impeller processing method, without requiring excessive processing man-hours for adjusting a balance of the impeller. SOLUTION: In a processing method of a turbine wheel 10 as the impeller composed of a rotary shaft 11, a hub part 12 integrally continuously arranged on one end of the rotary shaft 11 and a blade part 13 formed on an outer peripheral surface of the hub part 12, and having a weight-reducing bottomed round hole 14 opening on the tip side of the hub part 12, before forming the bottomed round hole 14 in the hub part 12, the balance in the radial direction to the axis (m) of the rotary shaft 11 of the turbine wheel 10 is measured, and the balance of the turbine wheel 10 is adjusted by forming the bottomed round hole 14 by being dislocated by a predetermined quantity from the axis (m) of the turbine wheel 10 based on a measuring result.
