PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch mechanism of an electric motor capable of performing clutch connecting operation even by starting of a driving source in addition to manual operation. SOLUTION: This clutch mechanism 9 is switched between a clutch connecting state connected to a reduction gear 10 and a clutch connection releasing state capable of rotating the reduction gear 10 from the output shaft side. The clutch mechanism 9 returns to the clutch connecting state from the connection releasing state by starting rotation in the predetermined direction of a motor of at least the electric motor 8.
