PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsation absorbing device for actualizing optimum design to adequately and efficiently damp pulsation. SOLUTION: The pulsation absorbing device comprises a noise reducing device 2 provided in a duct passage 6 for damping pulsation generated by gas flowing in a duct 1. Herein, Fb<Fp is established, where Fb is the resonance frequency of the noise reducing device 2, and Fp is the frequency of the pulsation. The noise reducing device 2 consists of a vibration plate 3 for sliding approximately perpendicular to the flowing direction of the gas while receiving the pressure of the gas flowing in the duct 1, an elastic member 4 for pushing the vibration plate 3 receiving the pressure of the gas back to the opposite direction to the pressure receiving direction, and a noise emission preventing casing 5 for suppressing the emission of noises absorbed by the vibration plate 3 and the elastic member 4.
