PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation cost required for changing the physical configuration and logical configuration of a network distribution processing environment. SOLUTION: In this process control system in which a virtual server providing service is configured by a plurality of physical servers 10, 10A, at least one physical server 10A accepts node list information 441 where the virtual server and the physical servers 10, 10A constituting it are associated with each other and a service list information 442 where the virtual server and service thereof are associated with each other, and generates an allocation table, which defines allocation of services to the physical servers. The allocation table is registered in a shared database 31 of a database server 30 which can be referred to from all of physical servers as an allocation table 311 referred to by the physical servers in starting a service process.
