PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surreptitious photographing prevention label easy to use, which reveals a pattern of characters and graphics thereon when being peeled, to leave traces of peeling and leaves no residues such as an adhesive on an adhesion surface which the label has been stuck. SOLUTION: The surreptitious photographing prevention label is attached so as to cover a lens part of a photographing device to make photographing impossible and is visually recognized to have been detached after being detached and can be peeled again. The label comprises; a base material comprising a transparent surface layer 3, an opaque intermediate layer 4, a release agent layer 6 between the surface layer and the intermediate layer for forming the pattern of characters and graphics ; and an adhesive layer 5 which is brought into close contact with the intermediate layer of the base material and is to be stuck to the adhesion surface. When the label stuck to the adhesion once is peeled, the release agent layer is pulled by the adhesive layer stuck to the adhesion surface to come off the surface layer, and the pattern of the release agent layer is visually recognized when viewed from the surface layer side. The adhesive layer has such a viscosity and/or a cohesive force that the adhesive layer is peeled off the adhesion surface without remaining on the adhesion surface. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
