PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor element that has high efficiency and can detect light precisely, and to provide a semiconductor device and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The semiconductor element 1 has: a pin-type phototransistor 2 that has a p-type region, an n-type region, and an i-type region formed between the p-type region and the n-type region, and uses the p-type region as a source electrode 22 and the n-type region as a drain electrode 23; and a current amplification circuit for amplifying a current generated by the phototransistor 2. While a voltage is applied to the gate electrode 21 of the phototransistor 2, light received by the i-type region of the phototransistor 2 is converted to a current, and the current is amplified by the current amplification circuit for and outputties.
