PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent structure in an external heat insulation structure capable of preventing precast concrete boards form being damaged and reduced in labor and time for construction. SOLUTION: In this vent structure 1 between vertically arranged precast concrete boards 30, 30 in the precast external heat insulation structure in which a heat insulation layer 10 and precast concrete boards 30 are installed outside a structural skeleton 50, a cutout part 32 recessed upward is formed at the lower end surface inner portion of the precast concrete board 30 disposed on the upper side, and a dam member 33 made of an elastic water cut-off material is installed on the upper end surface of the precast concrete board 30 disposed on the lower side at the position opposed to the cutout part 32 of the precast concrete board 30 disposed on the upper side.
