PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a filament nonwoven fabric which can remove electrostaticity on the surfaces of webs, can eliminate the slippage and disorder of the webs, when the webs are laminated, and can give artificial leathers high in qualities for curvatures and wrinkles, and to provide a method for producing a substrate for artificial leathers. SOLUTION: This method for producing the filament nonwoven fabric is characterized by continuously comprising a web-forming process for spinning ultra fine-forming type filaments and collecting the ultra fine-forming type filaments on a net to form webs, a fusing treatment process for applying a fusing treatment to the webs, a water-imparting process for imparting water to the webs subjected to the fusing treatment, a lamination process for laminating the water-imparted webs to form a laminated web, and an interlacing process for applying an interlacing treatment to the laminated web.
