PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circle cube house excellent in cost performance, reduced in the cost for the user, surely adaptable to the need for personal and dedicated use of the user, and enabling the free selective use of the small rooms for necessary personal use for those other than living. SOLUTION: This circle cube house 1 is located in residential areas of large cities, has a large number of small rooms 2, and dedicatedly used for non-habitation. Small rooms 2 are formed on a plurality of floors 3, 4, 5 in a house, occupy most of the floors 3, 4, 5, and can be used dedicatedly for personal use for those other than the habitation of the user. The entrance and exit into and from the house is performed by authenticating a dedicated card A by a reader B or with a dedicated key.
