PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption flow of air required for inclining a vehicle body. SOLUTION: This device controls inclination of the vehicle body 1 by supplying/exhausting air to/from four air spring arranged on the right and left of a truck 2 arranged longitudinally in the forward traveling direction of the vehicle body 1. The air springs are formed in an inline two-stage of the height controlling air springs 21a, 21b and the inclination controlling air springs 22a, 22b. The inclination controlling air springs 22a, 22b and an air source 4 are connected to each other by one pipe 9a, the height controlling air springs 21a, 21b and the air source 4 are connected to each other by the other pipe 9a, and the height controlling air springs 21a, 21b arranged to the right and left on the truck 2 are connected to each other by a communicating pipe 14 through auxiliary air chambers 11a, 11b. An air supply valve 5 and an exhaust valve 6 are arranged in the middle of the one pipe 9a, a height regulating valve 8 is arranged in the middle of the other pipe 9b, and a differential pressure valve 12 is arranged in the communicating pipe 14. When traveling on a curve, the vehicle body 1 is inclined by supplying/exhausting the air to/from only the inclination controlling air springs.
