PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a pattern which has a mass feeling (has a three-dimensional feeling which approximate the pattern of natural wood, natural leather, etc.) and smooth in touch. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet having a surface protective layer 7, which is formed by irradiating a coating film containing an ionizing radiation curable resin with an electron beam, on its outermost surface, (1) the surface protective layer contains resin beads 8 with an average particle size of 1-30μm and (2) the decorative sheet is subjected to emboss processing on the side of the surface protective layer.
