PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information protective sheet forming material excellently recording and holding information formed on an information protective sheet until the information is erased and saving time and labor for peeling work and freeing a worker of fatigue. SOLUTION: In the information protective sheet 1 formed by pasting an information sheet 3 with information 8 recorded thereon and a transparent bonding base material 2 comprising a bonding layer 5 on a transparent base material 4 together under the condition that the side having the information thereon of the information sheet 3 and the bonding layer 5 side of the transparent base material 2 opposite to each other. The sheet 1 has a portion from which the information 8 is removed together with the transparent bonding base material 2 and a portion from which the information is not removed and remains at the peeling of the transparent bonding base material 2.
