PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid generation of twisting when winding of an ink ribbon is automated. SOLUTION: An ink ribbon winding device 100 winds an ink ribbon storing part 616 on an ink ribbon cassette 600. The ink ribbon winding unit 100 has a drive roller driving unit 200 equipped with a driving shaft 211 for winding the ink ribbon 611, an extending and opening pin driving unit 300 equipped with extending and opening pins 311 and 311 for extending the ink ribbon to both sides, and a hooking pin driving unit 400 equipped with a hooking pin 411 for moving the inside of the ink ribbon 611 and hooking the ink ribbon 611, and while by interlocking movements of the driving shaft 211, the extending and opening pins 311 and 311 and the hooking pin 411, twisting of the ink ribbon 611 is solved, the ink ribbon 611 is wound in the ink ribbon cassette 600.
