PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugated diene-based polymer having a property excellent in saving fuel consumption, and a polymer composition obtained by formulating the polymer with a filler such as silica. SOLUTION: The conjugated diene-based polymer has a constitutional unit based on a conjugated diene and that expressed by formula (I), having the unit expressed by formula (I) between the units based on the conjugated diene [in the formula, X<SP>1</SP>, X<SP>2</SP>and X<SP>3</SP>are each independently a group expressed by formula (II), a hydroxy group or a hydrocarbon group].
