PURPOSE:To improve the water saving effect even if only several washing tanks among a multiplicity of washing tanks are used, by providing a plurality of orifices within discharge hosetubes for restricting a passage of each discharge hosetube to a predetermined a cross-sectional area and providing a washing tank corresponding to each of the discharge hosetubes. CONSTITUTION:An orifice 10 arranged in a discharge hosetube 6 is provided, at the center thereof, with a bore 10a for restricting a passage into a predetermined cross-sectional area. The orifice 10 forced into the discharge hosetube 6 has the periphery 10b with dimensions designed such that it is resistive to a water pressure. Such orifice 10 is arranged in the passage within the discharge hosetube 6 so that the amount of water in each washing tank 7 is held at an appropriate level for that washing tank 7. When, for example, only one of four washing tanks 7 is used, the amount of water supplied through a discharge tube 4 is regulated appropriately by the orifice 10.
