An AC electric quantity measuring device used for power system control protective devices comprises means for determining the amplitude, chord length, and rotation phase angle of a voltage rotation vector from acquired time-series data by an integration scheme, calculating the real-time frequency by judging the frequency variation rate of every one step, and calculating the voltage/current instantaneous value time-series estimate data on each phase component of a sign wave by least square by using the real-time frequency and voltage/current instantaneous value time-series data on each phase component. The sampling period of the actually measured voltage/current instantaneous value time-series data is set at a fixed frequency, and the sampling period of the voltage/current instantaneous value time-series estimate data on each phase component is set at the actually measured frequency. By using the voltage/current instantaneous value time-series estimate data, the voltage, current effective value, active/reactive power instantaneous values, and active/reactive power effective values of each phase component and the sequence component.
|
