An air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to prevent interference of a baffle by forming a baffle at one end of a plate of a dome type temperature regulating door and inserting the baffle to a groove unit formed on an inner wall of an air conditioner case. An air conditioner(100) for a vehicle comprises an air conditioner case(110), a heater core(102), and a temperature regulating door(120). The temperature regulating door is above the heater core and rotates a plate(121) in a circumferential direction to regulate an amount of cold air and hot air that are passed through an evaporator(101) and the heater core respectively. The temperature regulating door has a baffle(125). The baffle is formed at one end of the plate and adjusts cold air flow that is to be mixed with hot air to discharge regular temperature of air to left and right sides of the air conditioner case. A groove part(130) is formed at an inner wall(110a) of the air conditioner to allow the baffle to be inserted in. A part of the temperature regulating door contacts to the inner wall of the air conditioner case.
