A chair having an angle adjusting function of a seat and a backrest is provided to improve convenience in use, to simplify an installation structure by supporting a user's back using the backrest directly without a subsidiary backrest, and to give soft sitting feeling to a user by using a gas cylinder instead of a spring. A chair having an angle adjusting function of a seat and a backrest includes: a support frame(2); a seat(3); and a backrest(4). The support frame comprises a housing(21) fixed to a lower part of the seat, a seat angle link(22) connected to the housing, a seat angle gas cylinder(23) for pivoting the seat angle link, a supporter(26) connected to the backrest, a backrest angle link(24) connected to the supporter, a backrest angle gas cylinder(25) for pivoting the backrest angle link, an angle adjusting lever for controlling the seat angle gas cylinder and the backrest angle gas cylinder in a free state, and a cable connected to the angle adjusting lever and operating an operation switch of the seat angle gas cylinder and the backrest angle gas cylinder.
