A lottery terminal is provided to reduce an implementation space for the lottery terminal by attaching a touch screen on a printer cover and rotating the touch screen with respect to the printer cover. A lottery terminal(100) includes a lottery terminal base(52), a printer cover(50), and a touch screen(1). The printer cover includes first and second ends. The first end of the printer cover is rotatably mounted on the base. The touch screen includes first and second ends. When the printer cover rotates with respect to the base, the first end of the touch screen is rotatably mounted on the second end of the printer cover, such that the touch screen is moved along with the printer cover. The touch screen is rotated with respect to the printer cover irrespective of a relative position of the printer cover with respect to the base. The printer cover is rotated around the base irrespective of the relative position of the touch screen with respect to the printer cover.
