PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that can easily check electric characteristics of a driver IC. SOLUTION: A COF 2 is configured so that inner leads 22, 23 are fixed to a base film 21 with an adhesive and an insulating resist 24 is applied on the inner leads. A driver IC 20 is fixed to the inner leads 22, 23 via gold bumps 261, 262. The driver IC is conductive with the inner leads 22, 23 via liquid resins 251, 252. Each test pad 41, 42 is conductive with each contact 221 on the output side connected with a terminal of a display panel 10. The test pads are connected via lead-out wires 311, 312. Each hole smaller than a pattern of each test pad 41, 42 is formed at a second face 29 side at a part of each test pad 41, 42 in the base film 21 so that the pattern of each test pad 41, 42 is exposed to the outside of a display device.
