PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a thickness difference among a plurality of deposition layers formed by using an inkjet head. SOLUTION: This optical device includes a base body, and a first recessed part and a second recessed part formed on the base body. In this case, a first deposition layer and a second deposition layer are formed on the first recessed part and the second recessed part, respectively. The the first recessed part and the second recessed part are formed of the same material, and have volumes different from each other. In addition, at least the film thickness of the central part of the first deposition layer is nearly equal to the film thickness of the central part of the second deposition layer.
