PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the correspondence to grain culms having different threshability to reduce the head loss, and to improve the adaptability to fallen grain culms. SOLUTION: A reaping device 4 is constituted of a plurality of raising devices 8 for raising the grain culms, a reaping blade device 10 for cutting the raised grain culms and a plurality of conveying devices 9 for conveying the cut grain culms, and the reaping device 4 is supported by the front side of a traveling undercarriage 3 via a support member 11. A speed-changing mechanism 12a for changing the action speed of the raising devices 8, the reaping device 10 and the conveying devices 9 is installed in the inside of a transmission case 12, and the transmission case 12 is installed in the upper part of the support member 11. A speed-changing lever 21 for operating the speed change of the speed-changing mechanism 12a in the transmission case 12 is arranged at an operating part 20 on the traveling undercarriage 3.
