POLARIZABLE ELECTRODE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizable electrode and its manufacturing method capable of reducing an amount of a binder and of improving characteristics of electrostatic capacity. SOLUTION: A polarizable electrode is a polarizable electrode in which zeta potential in styrene butadiene rubber that is a binder and in water is -1 to -50 mV; activated carbon with an average particle diameter of 1 to 30μm and Ketchen black that is a conduction assistant are dispersed in water and are electrodeposited and deposited on a conductive substrate with electrophoresis of application voltage of 1 to 100V/cm, and which has the characteristics of electrostatic capacity that have not been found heretofore.
