PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a concentric biaxial driving device wherein it is possible to reduce the size in the direction of the shaft center, efficiently prevent a casing from being filled with heat, easily instal a motor suitable for the purpose of use, and rotate an inner output shaft and an outer output shaft at the same angle by a single drive control circuit. SOLUTION: The concentric biaxial driving device is constituted of a base member; the inner output shaft whose lower end is rotatably attached to the base member and whose upper end protrudes above the base member; the cylindrical outer output shaft installed rotatably at a portion of the inner output shaft close to its upper part, excluding the upper part; a motor, installed on the base member, having a rotor fixed on the outer output shaft; an external motor that is installed on the base member, outside the portion where the above motor is installed and whose driving shaft is positioned on the base member side; and a drive-transmitting means, capable of rotating the outer output shaft interposed in between the driving shaft of the external motor and the lower part of the inner output shaft, and the inner output shaft at the same angle.
