PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize multi-functionality of an analog front end circuit (AFE) and drive control of an image sensor and a motor, using a timing generator contained in the AFE. SOLUTION: An IC 360, on which the AFE is mounted, a CCD (image sensor) 340, and a motor driver 350 are mounted on a sub-board 330. The IC 360 includes an analog signal processing unit 366, an A/D converter 368, a timing generator (includes motor controller 364) TG, and a memory 361 for storing setting data for timing generation. While in synchronization with a shift pulse trigger (TGCK) from a host board 370, various kinds of drive control signals are generated by the timing generator (TG) and fed to the CCD 340, the motor driver 350, the analog signal processing unit 366, and the A/D converter 368.
