PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an ill effect that a communication function can not be used due to mismatching of connection information. SOLUTION: A communication terminal device (cellular phone 10) to which connection information is initially set beforehand, to be connected with a server device (server 30) via a radio communication line, includes a control section 2 in which, when communication with the server device is started, a communication request is transmitted, specific information contained in a packet transmitted from the server device is identified to determine the matching state of the connection information, and when a matched state with the server device is determined as the result of the relevant determination, the communication with the server device is continuously executed, but when a mismatched state is determined, initial setting processing of connection information with the server device is carried out.
