PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for cleaning contaminated soil which certainly cleans contaminated soil within a short period of time and can be properly performed on the ground which is not firm. SOLUTION: The method includes the process of boring a boring hole (1) reaching a contaminated region (Gp) in soil (G), the process of inserting a multiple pipe (1) with blow flow jetting means (Na, Nb) on the top end into the bored boring hole (H) and the fluid jetting process of jetting at least two kinds of fluids (liquid A, liquid B) from the blow flow jetting means (Na, Nb) to the contaminated region (Gp) through the inside spaces (1d, 1e, 1f) of the multiple pipe (1).
